Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, subcontractor/suppliers evaluation, and contract negotiation. Identifying potential subcontractors/suppliers and evaluating their products and services based on quality, cost, and delivery. Conduct technical and commercial reviews of subcontract offers, prepare comparisons, and facilitate negotiation processes to secure the best possible terms. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify procurement needs. Provide regular updates and reports on procurement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Attend meetings with subcontractors/suppliers as needed. Proven experience as a Procurement Engineer in Civil & Steel contracting company.
Desired Candidate Profile
:6 years with minimum 3 years of experience in UAE, preferably in Civil Construction Industry. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex procurement issues. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Excellent command in English (speaking and writing) Detail-oriented and technically sound with good communication skills.
