We are seeking a highly skilled

Procurement Engineer

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project requirements and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers/vendors for materials, equipment, and services.

Prepare and issue

RFQs (Request for Quotations), RFPs (Request for Proposals), and purchase orders

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and logistics teams to align procurement with project timelines.

Analyze market trends and risks to optimize procurement strategies.

Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial)

, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience:

5 years in procurement, preferably in Contracting and construction.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)

, MS Office, and procurement software.

Certifications:

CIPS, CPSM, or PMP is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure.
