Procurement Engineer
The Procurement Engineer handles sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services for facilities operations. Responsibilities include reviewing specs, managing vendors, negotiating contracts, issuing POs, and ensuring timely, quality-compliant deliveries. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, tracking supplier performance, and identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years' progressive experience in MEP & Civil FM Procurement.
- Procurement or supply chain certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of specs, tendering, and contracts.
- Experience with sustainable and green procurement.
- Skilled in procurement software and ERP tools.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of market vendors and their specialties.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
