Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Procurement Engineer

to manage and oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and procurement activities for our Lubricant and Construction operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of materials and equipment used in these industries and possess solid negotiation and vendor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective procurement strategies for lubricant and construction materials, equipment, and services. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria. Source and procure materials such as Base oil, additives, canisters plastics, Drums, Cartoons,construction materials, mechanical parts, and related equipment. Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing trends and new supplier opportunities. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery schedules, and contract terms. Collaborate with project, engineering, and operations teams to understand material requirements. Ensure timely delivery of materials to support project deadlines. Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier databases. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the Lubricant, Construction, or related industry. Strong technical understanding of lubricant products, construction materials, mechanical parts, and equipment. Proven experience in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics ). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
