Job Description
Procurement Engineer (Construction)
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects. Ensures that all procured items meet project specifications, budget, and delivery schedules.
1. Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
2. Key Skills & Knowledge
Procurement & Purchasing Processes - Understanding procurement cycles, purchase orders, and supplier management.
Supply Chain & Logistics - Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics coordination.
ERP & Procurement Software - Experience with SAP
3. Soft Skills
Negotiation & Communication - Strong skills in dealing with vendors and internal teams
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Ability to handle supplier issues, delays, and quality concerns.
Time Management & Organization - Handling multiple procurement requests efficiently.
