\xc2\xb7 Understanding the Purchase requests and basic technical requirements. \xc2\xb7 Finding suitable distributors, vendors/suppliers according to enquiries or goods/service purchase requests from various departments (Electrical power generation & distribution, Mechanical assembly & Machines, Construction, Facility management, Agriculture, IT infrastructure, Marketing, Heavy steel fabrication, Automobile & Parts etc.) \xc2\xb7 Planning and estimating budgets according to the scope of Project. \xc2\xb7 Generating price comparison sheets and evaluating supplier based on technical and commercial offers. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with Project managers and Engineers for commercial and technical evaluations. \xc2\xb7 Negotiating with supplier for better price & payment terms with shortest delivery time for smooth project execution. \xc2\xb7 Preparing Purchase orders based on the terms & conditions. \xc2\xb7 Inspecting material at supplier yard or warehouse upon request (mostly visual inspections). \xc2\xb7 Verifying MTCs, datasheet, drawings, COCs, inspection reports, for any discrepancies. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with internal logistics team. \xc2\xb7 Following up for order status and expediting deliveries. \xc2\xb7 Updating work completion stages/order status to Project managers and Engineers. \xc2\xb7 Keeping records of all purchase related documents (Purchase orders, Invoices, Delivery orders/notes, Inspection reports, Shipping documents etc.) \xc2\xb7 Maintaining tracking sheet for all purchases and tasks allocated. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining good supplier relation. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in bids, tenders, contractual documents, e-sourcing and procurement platforms, etc: \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in shipping incoterms. \xc2\xb7 Reporting to senior management. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge in preparing Contracts. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a cost-effective procurement strategy. \xc2\xb7 Basic knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO 9000: 2015 Note: - Candidates preferred with engineering background of Mechanical/Electrical/ Mechatronics. - Candidates preferred with experience of 2(min) to 4(max) years - Age limit can be max. 30 (just a preference based on experience) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
