Shuraa is currently hiring for a detail-oriented Procurement Engineer for its vertical Voltron Electromechanical Works LLC. The objective of the role is to procure high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the organization. The ideal candidate will have to follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming inventory, and be responsible for approving purchases. Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that the products and supplies are of the highest quality
• Schedules deliveries and ensures timely fulfillment of orders
• Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements
• Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
• Managing inventories, accurate purchases and pricing records
• Check all ex-stock availability prior to ordering
• All procurement processes should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.
• Compile records of items purchased or transferred between departments, prices, deliveries, and inventories
• Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and the internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
• Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in UAE as a Procurement Officer in the electromechanical industry
• Sound knowledge in Power, MEP, ELV and Security systems as well as understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
