We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Procurement Engineer

to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and company goals. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical specifications and ensure procurement activities meet project timelines. Conduct activities including cost estimation and budget management, to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Lead procurement activities including bid evaluations and vendor selection processes. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities, to address project requirements and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented. Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements as needed. Prepare and present reports on procurement progress, budget forecasts, and cost analyses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects. UPDA certification is required. Native proficiency in Arabic language is required. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.

Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR12,500.00 per month
