Job Details

• Collaborate with international suppliers and manufacturers to procure civil materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
• Evaluate and select vendors based on reliability and compliance with project requirements
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to maximize procurement value
• Work closely with project managers and consultants to understand technical specifications and align purchases with project standards
• Streamline procurement processes, minimize lead times, and manage risk in supply chains
• Implement quality control procedures for civil material components, coordinating audits and inspections
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, technologies, and innovations in civil finishing items procurement

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven expertise in civil finishes materials and systems used in residential and hotel projects
• 10-12 years of procurement experience, with strong focus on civil material sourcing
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with ability to evaluate supplier proposals and optimize outcomes
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage cross-functional collaboration
