Job Description
Urgently hiring a Procurement Engineer for a leading Construction firm in Abu Dhabi. Immediate Joiners will be preferred. The candidate should have more than 5 years of experience in the industry with reputed companies in GCC.
The Procurement Engineer will be handling all procurement of construction items and package (but not limited to) Structural and Finishing materials such as steel, sand, and aggregates, timber, cement; joinery work; aluminum and glazing; etc.
Responsibilities
Representing procurement Manager during the absence. Ensure the smooth flow of the procurement activities Co-ordinate And Assistant to Procurement Manager for various issues. Ensure that the

are in accordance withCONTRACT documents and Project SPECIFICATION
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders/subcontract Agreement and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure timely action on requisitions and purchases. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system. Maintain procurement files withDATABASE
Preparation of subcontract agreements and correspondence as well. Ensure contractual submissions are made in order to meet the work schedule objectives Preparing a summary of supplier performance monitor. Soliciting quotations. Carry out initial negotiation. Preparation of bid summary; preparation of LPO's And Subcontract Agreements. Co-ordination between suppliers and sites as necessary.Authorities

General
Complies with all applicable Management Systems (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental, etc.) in his/her area.
