We are looking for a
Procurement Engineer (Civil)
with at least1 year of experience
in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for civil construction projects while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.Responsibilities:
Review project requirements and prepare material requisitions. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and subcontractors. Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders. Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain records of suppliers, materials, and pricing. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in construction procurement. Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers in the UAE. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
