Position: Procurement Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in substation/infrastructure projects in the UAE. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (with MOHESR equivalency) CIPS Procurement Qualification or equivalent is desirable SOE membership / Engineering License will be an added advantage Knowledge & Skills
Procurement processes and contract negotiation Local and international supplier markets Material specifications and project BOQs ERP systems and procurement software Negotiation and cost analysis Vendor evaluation and management Time management and deadline handling Excellent communication and coordination skills Key Responsibilities
Handle sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of project materials and services. Coordinate with vendors, ensure timely delivery, and evaluate supplier performance.
