Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify the requirement once project is awarded.
- Prepare list of vendors based on vendor evaluation and preparation of procurement schedule.
- Send out enquiries for pricing
- Addressing queries to the Consultant for the clarification of any ambiguities/ passing on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary.
- Soliciting quotations from Vendors and Carrying out negotiations
- Preparing Bid Summaries with technical and price comparison.
- Preparing Purchase orders for materials and agreements for subcontractors.
- Preparing technical submittals for all construction material
- Update pricing database and vendor list
- Follow up for timely delivery of materials and proper coordination with site team and subcontractors.
- Conduct a quantity take off to verify Bills or quantify the works
- Preparation of cost value report.
- Preparation of variations, payment certificate and payment application
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- 3 years in Procurement Engineer (Required)
