Procurement Engineer

Job Description
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred
- Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the ME region including KSA, out of which 5 years in the ME
- Experience in metal processing/recycling/refining industry will be of advantage
- Good understanding of strategic, technical, legal, finance, taxation, and commercial issues
- Analytical skills including ability to process large volume of data into useful information
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) is preferred but not
- Proven interpersonal, influencing & stakeholder management skill
- Hands on experience in ERP contract management systems like SAP, Oracle including creating
- Should be computer literate including advanced Excel skills
- Experience of contract management applications like Ariba, Procon, etc. will be of added
- Relevant experience in KSA is preferred but not essential
- Preferred: International work experience in multicultural environment and accreditation from
