Job Description

A Procurement Engineer with over 10 years of experience in purchasing civil, mechanical, and electrical materials and services. Responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, issuing RFQs, and evaluating technical and commercial offers.

Strong English communication and writing skills for dealing with international suppliers. Well-versed in the Saudi market and local vendor network. Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with technical specifications.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related). With QS Bachelor Certificate is advance. Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and construction market pricing. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement tools. Ability to handle multiple orders and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:



Well-versed in the KSA market and local vendor network, source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. Strong English communication and writing skills for dealing with international suppliers. Responsible for managing the full procurement cycle, issuing RFQs, and evaluating technical and commercial offers. Review project specifications and prepare material requirement lists as per KSA Standards. Coordinates with engineering and project teams to ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with technical specifications. Coordinate closely with the Project, Technical, and Finance teams.
