experienced Civil Procurement Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end procurement process

for civil projects, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, equipment, and services. Develop and implement

procurement strategies

to achieve cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure favorable terms. Maintain accurate procurement records, budgets, and reports for internal and client review. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to support project goals. Ensure

compliance with Saudi regulations and company procurement policies

. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in procurement.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in Saudi Arabia

(civil construction or related sectors) Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation Proven track record of

successful procurement management

in large civil projects Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
