We are currently seeking to hire an experienced
Procurement Coordinator - UAE National
, a pivotal team member responsible for managing vendor relationships and streamlining the supply chain process across our various business units. This role focuses on ensuring cost-effective purchasing, meticulous contract management, and the timely acquisition of goods and services to support our operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices Conducting research to identify and evaluate new products, suppliers and market trends Collaborating with project teams to understand project specifications and requirements Preparing and managing procurement schedules, tracking deliveries and ensuring quality control Managing budgets and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures Resolving any issues or conflicts related to purchasing and delivery Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to minimize costs and maximize value * Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions
