Procurement Coordinator

Job Description

The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing salon supplies, beauty products, equipment, and services to ensure uninterrupted salon operations. The role focuses on cost control, supplier coordination, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2-4 years' experience

in procurement, preferably in

beauty salon, spa, retail, FMCG, or hospitality

in Philippines or GCC Experience dealing with beauty product suppliers is an advantage. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Knowledge of salon products, consumables, and equipment Inventory management and cost control expertise Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/POS systems Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
