We're seeking a motivated Procurement Officer / Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, inventory, and supply chain operations that keep our projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Source and purchase lighting and electrical materials from local and international suppliers Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure best value and timely supply Coordinate shipping, freight, and delivery logistics for incoming and outgoing materials Track and manage inventory levels to support ongoing projects Build and maintain relationships with vendors and freight partners Work closely with the design and project management teams to forecast material needs Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, and maintain accurate procurement records
Qualifications:

Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management (lighting or electrical industry preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory or ERP systems Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
