We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in procurement processes and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements to achieve cost-effective deals.
Support the procurement team in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, accounting, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Basic knowledge of accounts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Salary package: AED 3,500-AED 4,000
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
