Procurement Coordinator
Job Description
Position Required: Procurement Coordinator (Urgent requirement)
Industry : Automobile
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Automobile/Instrumentation
:
Candidates who have extensive experience in handling various spare parts of automobiles, generators, heavy lifting, construction, and material handling equipment.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet operational needs.
Handle day-to-day purchasing activities from requisition to delivery.
Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Knowledge of the inventory control management system.
Knowledge in ISO/HSE and SAP/ERP experience required. Worked with agencies of Generator/equipment/vehicle in the GCC is preferred.
Knowledge in UAE markets, Multilingual ,PC literate & GCC driving license is must
Joining Time : Immediate
Job Location : Qatar ( Candidate should be in Qatar with NOC and valid QID)
