Job Description

We are hiring a

Procurement Coordinator

to support the smooth and timely flow of materials across procurement, inventory, and production functions. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across teams and vendors.

This role requires awareness of fabrics, trims, and raw material quality standards in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy in materials, trims, and quantities Coordinate with the Cutting Master to confirm material consumption before approvals Process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) using the ERP system (Odoo) Monitor and follow up on supplier deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials Receive and inspect materials for quality, quantity, and accuracy, and update inventory records Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for resupply and delivery scheduling Liaise with vendors for material sourcing, communication, and invoice follow-up

Technical Skills

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) Experience using CAD machine Experience in supplier management and price negotiation Solid inventory tracking and documentation skills Understanding of logistics and material movement Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and raw material quality
Domain Knowledge

Good understanding of procurement processes and approval flows Knowledge of BOM structures and material specifications Awareness of fabrics, trims, and raw material quality standards in production environments Resourceful in vendor sourcing and familiar with supplier capabilities Understanding of basic warehouse operations

Languages

Fluency in

Hindi/Urdu

Location

Candidates must be based in the UAE and

able to commute to Ajman.
