Walk-in Interview: Monaday to Saturday Timing -9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Supplier Identification & Sourcing

Identify and develop local and international suppliers for Oil & Gas products and services Source alternate and backup suppliers to reduce supply risk Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products Maintain an updated supplier database
Vendor Pre-Qualification & Compliance

Coordinate vendor pre-qualification and registration processes Collect and verify supplier documents such as licenses, ISO, HSE, certifications Support registrations with Oil & Gas clients such as ADNOC or similar entities Ensure suppliers meet technical, quality, and HSE requirements
RFQ & Quotation Management

Prepare and issue RFQs to approved suppliers Receive, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations Prepare comparative statements and recommendations Coordinate commercial clarifications with suppliers
Technical & Commercial Coordination

Coordinate with engineering / sales teams for technical specifications Ensure supplier offerings comply with client requirements Follow up on technical submittals and approvals Support tendering and bid activities
Order Processing & Delivery Follow-Up

Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms Identify cost-saving opportunities Support budget control and procurement planning
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain procurement records and filing systems Prepare procurement status reports Support internal and external audits
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain-preferred 1-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas procurement or trading Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas materials and supplier markets Familiarity with vendor registration processes Good negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems? Excellent numerical, communication, and negotiation skills. Good communication skills in English Mandatory Prefered Communication language Ukraine/Romania / Moldova/ Arabic
