We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Procurement Coordinator

to join our team. This role is essential in managing the procurement process to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment rentals, and services for various construction projects.

You will be responsible for handling supplier coordination, negotiating prices, processing purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships -- all while ensuring compliance with company policies and project-specific requirements. Additionally, the role includes overseeing sales coordination and daily operations related to shipments, packing, and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with engineers and manage the full procurement cycle Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors Raise and track purchase orders and delivery timelines Ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of purchased goods and services Oversee shipping, packing, and delivery operations Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in procurement within the

construction industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities High attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong work ethic and dedication to the job Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional approach to handling responsibilities and projects

Must be available to join immediately

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
