Job Description
:
Role Purpose
Responsible for developing procurement strategies, driving supplier excellence, improving processes, ensuring cost optimization, and strengthening supplier partnerships, particularly across China and East Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop procurement strategies aligned to business objectives
Maintain supplier database & establish framework agreements
Drive supplier audits, development & performance improvement
Lead contract negotiations & cost savings initiatives
Ensure ISO 9001:2015 procurement governance
Risk management & continuity planning
Procurement data analytics & reporting
Vendor quality approvals, validation and compliance governance
Lead continuous improvement & supplier corrective actions
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Business / Logistics
7+ years procurement or SCM experience (automotive preferred)
Strong exposure to China / East Asia supplier ecosystem
Strong negotiation, supplier development & logistics knowledge
GCC logistics understanding preferred
