Position Overview
Procurement CoE Coordinator - Centralized Procurement - Dubai, UAE will serve as a key enabler of alignment, governance, and collaboration across procurement functions. The role focuses on consolidating performance data, coordinating cross-vertical activities, supporting process improvements, and preparing strategic reports for leadership, ensuring the procurement function operates with transparency and efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the central liaison between procurement teams such as category management, vendor management, compliance, and contracts
  • Facilitate communication, resolve issues, and ensure alignment of all verticals with corporate procurement objectives
  • Consolidate and prepare monthly and quarterly procurement performance reports for executive management
  • Track KPIs, cost savings, compliance metrics, and risks across procurement teams
  • Maintain and update procurement templates, SOPs, and best practices for knowledge management
  • Support standardization, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and accurate reporting
  • Prepare materials for executive meetings, steering committees, and strategic reviews
  • Ensure governance compliance by aligning processes with policies and documentation standards
  • Support procurement initiatives including sustainability goals, technology rollouts, and policy implementation
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables alongside procurement leads
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement coordination, PMO, or operational support roles, preferably in centralized procurement
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP Ariba, or Coupa is highly desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
