To support the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing catering supplies, ensuring timely availability of high-quality raw materials, packaging items, and equipment required for smooth catering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing food, beverages, packaging materials, and catering-related supplies.
Obtain quotations from suppliers, evaluate price comparisons, and prepare purchase requests.
Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to meet catering production schedules.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
Support in vendor coordination, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Verify quality and quantity of goods received in coordination with store and quality teams.
Assist in maintaining approved vendor lists and identifying new suppliers.
Monitor stock levels of catering supplies and raise purchase orders as required.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and food safety standards.
Prepare and submit procurement reports to the supervisor/manager.
