Currently the Finance department is seeking an Intern from August 2023 to February 2024, the role of the intern will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the local Procurement center and shape the digitalization of the Procurement process.

Currently the Finance department is seeking an Intern from August 2023 to February 2024, the role of the intern will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the local Procurement center and shape the digitalization of the Procurement process.
The Procurement and Digitalisation Intern for the Finance Department will be responsible for the following:
- Help to achieve Porsche Middle East & Africa\'s short and mid-term objectives regarding quality, cost and timeliness of non-productive (indirect) goods and services procured.
- Support Vendor selection (RFP, evaluation, negotiation) and assist to process purchase orders, contracts and invoices
- Maintaining Vendor and Procurement database
- Assist to implement and conduct training on procurement policies and procedures
- Shape the Digitalization of the overall Procurement process
- Support in usage of Power Automate and Power Apps
Qualifications And Competencies:
- Passion for cars and interest in Porsche brand
- University study in business related areassuch as Information Systems and Business Management.
- Interested in Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, ERP
- Attention to detail, outgoing personality, Quickness to grasp new tasks
- Excellent oral and written English skills, preferably candidate with international experience in English speaking market
- 6 Months Full Time Position (August 2023 - February 2024)
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm (weekend Saturday and Sunday)
- *Accommodation (room in shared intern apartment)
- *Transport (rental car shared with other interns)
- 800 USD monthly income
- Working visa and health insurance
- Leave allowance: 5 days
Personal Arrangement:
- Flight to/from Dubai
