Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records.
Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and inventory requirements.
Handle office supplies, maintenance, insurance, and service providers.
Ensure timely renewal of licenses, contracts, and approvals.
Support HR with travel, visa, and employee administrative tasks.
Maintain proper documentation and filing for procurement and administration.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years' experience in procurement and/or administration preferred.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
