Monitoring the workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems).
Responsible for communicating and coordinating with different departments.
Responsible for customer relationship management: coordinating with clients for orders,payments, and issue resolution.
Handling customers inquiries in regard to payments.
Preparing regular reports and analysis for your line manager
Role Requirements:
University/ college degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must read, write and speak English/Russian/Chinese fluently
Computer literacy (competency with MS Office package, especially Excel and Word). * Excellent communication and monitoring skills.
Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment, as well as working towards strict deadlines; any relevant experience will be considered advantageous.
Ability to work in shifts.
This role is a full-time position, working in shifts for a total of 40 hours/week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day). Shifts will apply on weekends as well.P.S.-
