Avion Citizenship is hiring a Processing Officer to manage end-to-end Citizenship by Investment (CBI) applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple cases efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Process CBI applications from start to finish
Review and verify documents for accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with clients, legal reps, and authorities
Maintain and update case records
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions
Ensure data confidentiality and protection
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Proficient in MS Office
At least 1 year of experience in CBI processing
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of legal/documentary requirements
Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy
