Job Description

We are seeking experienced Processing Officer who is responsible for managing and processing client immigration applications efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations. This role ensures smooth coordination between clients, consultants, and authorities to deliver a high standard of service.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and submit visa/immigration applications and supporting documents. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with immigration requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and regulations for different countries. Communicate with clients to collect required documents and information. Provide guidance on documentation, timelines, and process steps. Respond to client queries promptly and professionally. Maintain proper filing and records of applications and correspondence. Verify the authenticity and accuracy of client documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration authority requirements. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government authorities regarding application status. Follow up on pending applications and update clients accordingly. Work closely with consultants and management to ensure smooth case progress. Track applications and maintain case status reports. Provide regular updates to management regarding application progress.

Qualifications:

Any bachelor's degree or Above Previous experience in immigration consultancy or visa processing (preferred). Strong knowledge of immigration processes and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
