Tasks and Responsibilities . Meet with key stakeholders to set the goals of the organization, gathering and analyzing data and process mapping, and creating reports based on recommendations. . Great interpersonal and communication skills, report writing abilities, an aptitude for analysing data, and great business acumen. . Evaluate employee needs, internal workflows, and business processes. . Monitor detailed business analyses and collaborate with business and IT Digital leaders to create new process designs. . Capability to Interpret complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders. . Document business process modelling activities for future reference.

What your background should look like . Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. . Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position. . Problem Solving abilities. . Proficiency in process mapping tools such as flowcharts Client . Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. . Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all Levels. . Computer Knowledge
