Description

What's the role? As the Process Expert Intern, you will support our Trade Management team, being responsible and owning Product Portfolio Management in SRG (Subregion Gulf: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman) as well as products related digital activities.

You will serve as the interface between SRG MOs (Market Organizations), Hub Marketing and Material Management teams, coordinating and localizing all marketing activities related to product management.

What does the role involve?

The role will involve creation of new items and combo kits, setting-up prices, maintaining portfolio in our Product Data and Publishing platform, planning availability of materials, and managing obsolescence of products for SRG.

As a part of this this role, you will coordinate ongoing product certification / warranty maintenance activities and act as the go-to person for Sales & Engineering teams on product portfolio knowledge.

Furthermore, you will assist Trade Managers with organization of Trade events and Marketing Waves for MO Emirates.

Lastly, the Process Expert Intern will be involved in the management of the Hilti Online Platform, whilst also keying in with the HUB Marketing team on various E-commerce activities, social media, and digital marketing campaigns for SRG.

What you need is: * Bachelor's Degree; an Engineering Degree is advantageous

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English - verbal and written
• Experience working in a product management or digital marketing role
• Passion for products and process improvement with good analytical skills and proficiency in excel
• Interest in Digital Marketing and social media
• Structured approach and time management capabilities
• Self-driven, able to learn fast, work autonomously and cooperate closely with other departments (sales, MM, Marketing, etc.)
• Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
