Job Description
The
Process Engineering Manager (Skids)
is responsible for overseeing the design, fabrication, testing, and delivery of modular process systems (skids). This includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of process skid projects from design to delivery. Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, QA/QC, and commissioning activities. Ensure all skids comply with applicable industry standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.) and client specifications. Collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers. Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in fabrication and component supply. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Review and approve P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, and equipment specs. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure proper documentation, including FAT/SAT procedures, testing reports, and O&M manuals. Interface with clients during design reviews, inspections, and handover processes. Promote a strong safety culture across all project phases.
