Responsibilities
Design and Engineering of RO plant, UF, De -Mineralization, Sewage treatment plant
Industrial waste water treatment plant.
Process and Mechanical design of Process Equipment (MBR, MBBR and
Extended aeration), Effluent treatment plant, Grey water Treatment,
Reverse Osmosis, Ultra filtration, Demineralization water
softening.
Anaerobic reactor
USAB
Non-Biodegradable
COD
removal.
Process Effluent (Diary industry, Leather tanning, Dye, Food and Beverage,
Produced
water)
Treatment system.
Trickling filter technology Electro coagulation.
Zero liquid discharge Industrial Oil & Gas Effluent, not less than 2.0 year
Oil separation.
API
CPI
DAF
IGF
Coalescer
filter
AOP
(advance Oxidization process)
O3 H2O2 Both.
-Recommended: Chemical injection systems:

Daily Key Roll:
Hydraulics Mechanical design.
Preparation of Process flow diagram,
Mass balance diagram P&ID.
Preparation
reviewing of engineering drawings.
Selection of electro-mechanical equipment s andvalves.
Preparation of equipment data-sheets.
Co- coordinating projects.
Preparing P&ID based on offer by co-coordinating
with Draftman.
Selection of pump Equipment based
on P&ID process design.
Preparing BOQ of the project.
Preparing Equipment GA
drawing by Co-coordinating
with Draftsman.
Preparing of Equipment layout by
Co-coordinating with Draftsman.
Technical Coordination with Project Engineer.

Qualification :
Diploma / Bachelor in chemical / mechanical or other equivalent experience.
Enthusiastic
, Self-driven & Drives the project independently.
Experience should be 5- 6 yrs
