Job Description

. · Managing process resources optimizing current processes and maintaining process documents. · Providing the product manager with process documents and standard operating procedures. · Responsible for complete activities of Hot end area and process. · Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies. · Meeting with production manager to assess existing processes. · Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems. · Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality. · Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process. · Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates. · Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards. · Performing process simulation and troubleshooting issues. · Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards. · Performing process simulation and troubleshooting issues. · Performing risk assessments. · Performing optimization trials. · Monitoring and upgrading the system. · Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks needed.
