Function Operations

Security Respect the security policy and procedures Participation in the safety program: carry out the monthly audit and participate in the Co-products safety committee and in the investigations relating to safety.Quality Management System (QMS) & Food Safety Management System (SMSA) Ensure that the process of achieving the QMS and SMSA, implemented, maintained and kept up to date in accordance with international standards. Organize and participate in the meetings of its sub-committee; in investigations relating to safety, food safety with the aim of ensuring continuous improvement Establish the cleaning schedule and ensure that it is carried out Perform requested audits Carry out inspections in the co-products sector

Environment Management System (SME) Participate in the smooth running of the SME in accordance with the Group standard Set up and ensure the achievement of environmental objectives..

Crisis management Participate in the crisis management permanent rotation. Carry out simulation exercises Workstation Activity: Quality Control Provide leadership. Ensure the coordination of the resolution of problems related to the PROCESS Identify non-optimal operations related to the sector and work in collaboration with operators to improve the performance of installations. Ensure that maintenance interventions have the minimum impact on production Study, propose improvement projects to the departments concerned and manage their achievements. Ensures the establishment of instructions and procedures for the proper conduct of the various installations in the sector and ensures their updating Closely monitor energy consumption and yields and work towards improving them
