Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented

Process Engineer

to join our team! In this role, you will ensure technical compliance and performance of process systems throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases of a major water infrastructure project.

What You'll Be Doing:

Review process design submissions from Delivery Contractors for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements. Ensure all proposed process systems comply with safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Participate in value engineering, process optimization, and troubleshooting during construction and commissioning. Support the development and review of commissioning and start-up plans and procedures. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve process-related technical challenges. Provide technical input during design reviews and risk assessments. Monitor and report on process performance during early operations and testing. Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement documentation post-commissioning.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil,Chemical Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited university. Minimum

5+ years

of experience in

process engineering

, including a strong understanding of EPC project execution. At least

2 years (preferred)

of experience in the

GCC region

on similar large-scale infrastructure projects. Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction techniques across utility/infrastructure projects. Proven experience in process design review, technical compliance, and commissioning support. Proficiency in

process simulation tools

such as

Aspen HYSYS

.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Familiarity with regional water infrastructure regulations and standards. Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and interface with construction and commissioning teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and technical reporting abilities.
