Job Description

As Process Coordinator you will play a key role in Aptiv, coordinating, monitoring and controlling all activities relating to the assembly and over molding process at the technical and flow level in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with the procedures in force.

Your Role:

Coordinate assembly and over molding activities at the process, methods and equipment level of serial projects.

Participate in the development of the assembly process and over molding for new projects.

Validation of new equipment

Ensure the application and instructions (global, European, local) relating to the Engineering dept with reference to the EOS

Identify deviations during the process and propose solutions for improvement

Contribute to the validation with the subordinates of the documentation of the various Flow 5/4 products and ensure the update.

Monitor process indicators during validation

Ensure with the team the validation of assembly equipment (cutting machines, crimping, soldering, Heat shrinking, Fluxing, screwing, programming, FIS, electrical test, vision, ..) and over molding machine.

Work closely with production and quality to ensure optimal and efficient service results.

Ensure specifications for new equipment

Initiate workshops for continuous improvement

Your Background:

You got Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in a technical field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position

Good analytical skills and ability to summarize

Fluency in written and oral communication (English and French)
