Designation: PRO : - Trade licenses renewal and applying for new as per the rules and regulations of each Emirates + Tenancy contracts new and renewal or cancellation process + any special permits that is required for any trade licenses. - Applying for any permit for the construction sites at SHJ municipality, SEWA, Town Planning, MEPS \xe2\x80\xa6 etc. - Appling for the initial NOC for any new construction site and the final NOC for the completion certificate. - Coordination and following up with the site team for any site requirements permits, inspections and sub-contractor payments. - Coordination between site team and consultant for any submission, payments, inspections \xe2\x80\xa6 etc. - Coordination between the site team and the purchase team to make sure that the site requirements are met before the deadline. - Documentation, filing and updating the necessary documents for the plots related to our group of companions (title deed, site plan, owner EID & Passport copy, Building Permit for the new and existing constructions on the plot\xe2\x80\xa6. Etc.). - To attend site inspection from SHJ municipality, SEWA, Economic, Civil defense \xe2\x80\xa6. Etc. for our Group of Companies plots constructions. - Preparing the necessary documents for the payments that is related to the bank loan projects, by coordinating with the consultant, site teams and accounts to make sure that the payments are not delayed and credited to the GOC accounts by the target date.
