One of the leading Real Estate Developer and Property Management company is looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Abu Dhabi The Job description and the requirements are as follows: 1.Manages and facilitates entry visa processing for employees joining from outside UAE and guides new employees upon arrival to UAE. 2.Manages and facilitates employment visas, visa renewals and visa cancellations of all eligible employees. 3.Reviews No Objection Certificates and coordinates employee medical tests. 4.Monitors employee database regularly to track passport validity and visa validity of all employees and their eligible dependants. 5.Coordinates with Administration Officer to support vehicle registration and allocation process by timely submission of documents to the local traffic authority. 6.Follows up with relevant government officials on status of pending transactions and updates HR & Administration Manager on it. 7.Establishes good relationships with UAE Government bodies to expedite important work 8.Serves as a point of contact and liaison between Government contacts and the organization. 9.Updates on latest development with respect to rules and regulation or government bodies. 10.Provides assistance and gives recommendations to HR and Administration Manager on issues pertaining to government relations. 11.Liaises with government officials to ensure government records are up to date and accurate to prevent any delays and complications in future government transactions. 12.Leverages E-Government and develops relationships with government departments of Abu Dhabi and Federal government, for processing immigration of employees, land leases, renewal of licenses etc. 13.Any other tasks assigned by the Department Head. Qualifications and requirements \xe2\x80\xa25-9 years experience with at least 5 years of relevant Public Relations Officer experience \xe2\x80\xa2Knowledge of government procedures in processing Trade License, Visas, Labor Applications and other government applications; and UAE Federal Laws \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to speak, read and write both in English and Arabic Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
