Manage employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and transfers in coordination with MOHRE and Immigration.
Handle company licenses, establishment cards, labor cards, and other regulatory documents.
Maintain strong professional relationships with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Civil Defense, and other government authorities.
Monitor and report updates related to UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and MOHRE regulations.
Support employee onboarding by facilitating visa procedures, medical tests, and Emirates ID processing.
Arrange emergency transportation for employees when required (pick-up and drop-off services).
Handle WPS salary file submissions and deposit employee salaries through banks or Al Ansari Exchange as instructed by HR and Accounts.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Branch Managers for document processing, employee support, and payment-related tasks.
Attend internal meetings to provide updates and receive operational instructions.
Requirements:
The candidate must hold a Degree in any discipline.
The candidate must have Arabic language knowledge.
The candidate must be fluent in English.
The candidate must possess a valid UAE Driving Licence.
