Job Opening - Public Relations Officer (PRO)
(Full-Time | School Environment - Qatar)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO)
to manage all government-related processes and ensure full compliance with Qatar regulations for our school.Key Responsibilities
Handle all
Ministry of Education, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Labor
related processes. Processvisas, QID, sponsorship transfers, renewals, and cancellations
for employees. Manageschool-related government approvals, registrations, and renewals
. Liaise with government departments and authorities on behalf of the school. Ensurefull compliance with Qatar labor laws and school regulations
. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all PRO activities. Support HR and administration with regulatory and compliance matters.Requirements
Valid Qatar ID (QID)
withtransferable sponsorship
.Proven experience as a PRO in Qatar
, preferably in a school or educational institution. Strong knowledge ofQatar government procedures, portals, and regulations
.Valid Qatar driving license
. Good communication skills inEnglish
(Arabic is an advantage). Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.Ready to join immediately
