Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Business Setup Specialist
Looking for a seasoned PRO executive with in-depth expertise in setting up businesses in the UAE? Join our dynamic team in Dubai, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business operations for our clients by navigating local government regulations and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all processes related to business setup, licensing, and renewals in Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE.
Liaise with government authorities, including DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zone authorities, and others, for timely approvals and documentation.
Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and partners.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and company regulations.
Prepare and process legal documents, attestations, and approvals as required.
Provide guidance on UAE compliance standards for new and existing businesses.
Resolve PRO-related issues efficiently while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, with a strong focus on business setup services.
In-depth knowledge of UAE government portals and processes (DED, MOHRE, Free Zones, GDRFA, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with legal frameworks, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
