We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have

extensive experience in the construction sector within Dubai

, with in-depth knowledge of local government procedures and the ability to handle all matters related to

NOC issuance

from

DEWA, RTA, and Dubai Municipality

.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end process for obtaining

No Objection Certificates (NOCs)

from:

Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)

Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)

Dubai Municipality

Liaise with relevant government departments to ensure timely and accurate approvals for infrastructure and construction projects. Prepare and submit all necessary documentation and follow up on applications, revisions, and clearances as required. Maintain updated knowledge of UAE and Dubai regulations, particularly those related to construction and infrastructure. Serve as the primary point of contact for all government-related processes concerning permits and approvals. Ensure compliance with all local laws and governmental procedures in coordination with the project and engineering teams. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate timely project execution. Maintain proper records of all submitted documents, applications, and approvals. Support corporate legal and compliance functions as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Nationality:

Arab (GCC or Levant nationals preferred)

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of PRO experience in the construction industry

, with proven experience handling

NOCs in Dubai

Strong knowledge of

Dubai-based procedures, laws, and regulatory requirements

Fluency in

Arabic and English

(spoken and written) Solid understanding of the operational frameworks of DEWA, RTA, and Dubai Municipality Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid UAE driver's license Familiarity with online government portals and systems used for NOC submissions and tracking

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
