We are currently recruiting for a PRO to be based out of Dubai HQ Responsibilities:
Ensures complete and timely preparation of documents for the purpose of Trade Licenses and permit issuance and renewals
Prepares applications using government portals and systems, and coordinates necessary documentation on behalf of company personnel to facilitate visa-related matters
Takes ownership of all UAE based employees documentation in terms of MOL contracts, visas, labour cards, contract terminations etc
Validation of all documents before submission to the concerned department
Liaises with Immigration Department, MOL, Immigration, DHA, Chamber of Commerce and any other government departments in relation to Trade Licenses, Labor, medical examinations and Immigration requirements
Provides proactive and advance notification to the People team about any changes in government rules & regulations
Government portals system knowledge typing and processing applications such as Tasheel (MOHRE), Immigration, DHA, Freezones, Dubai Pension and ICA
Ensures PR expenses are periodically updated and receipts duly submitted
Attends complex cases at Police Stations, Courts, the Ministry of Labor and other Government Offices on behalf of the Group as and when required
Maintains their own system/tracker for all data and keep it visible for management review at all times
Familiarity with different rules and regulations of all governmental authorities
Experience about legalization of different types of commercial documents (for example, power of attorney for various purposes at different locations)
Working knowledge of MOH requirements
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Law, HR, or Business Administration
5-7 years of experience as a PRO in UAE with strong knowledge in government portals and system knowledge
Valid U.A.E driving license (preferred)
Fluent in English and Arabic skills (written and spoken)
Comprehensive knowledge in UAE labour law and employment act
Problem solving attitude
