Job Description

We are urgently looking P.R.O cum administrative assistant with administrative skills to join us immediately in our head office in Ajman. Responsibilities:
  • Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Apply New employment visa, Renewal & cancelation of employment visa.
  • And you must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an P.R.O administrative assistant work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions.
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
