Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive PRO Consultant to handle all government-related processes, including company formation, licensing, and visa services. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both Mainland and Freezone setups in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical testing for employees. Handle trade license issuance and renewals for both Mainland and various Freezones. Guide clients through business setup processes, including documentation and government approvals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Freezone and Mainland license costs, visa packages, and company setup procedures. Coordinate with government departments such as DED, Immigration, MOHRE, Dubai Municipality, and Amer/Tasheel. Prepare and submit necessary applications and ensure timely follow-ups. Provide document attestation services from ministries and embassies. Maintain accurate records of all PRO activities. Stay updated with changes in UAE laws and regulations to advise clients accordingly.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in PRO or business consultancy in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of all Freezones and Mainland company setup, license costs, and visa processing. Familiarity with DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Freezone authorities' systems and procedures. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in English language and UAE driving license are an added advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
