We are currently looking for a PRO that can join our construction company.
Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on all government-related transactions for the company and employees (residency permits, visas, licenses, commercial registrations, etc.).
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and government regulations.
Handle processes with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, Police, and other regulatory authorities.
Prepare and process all official documents required for company and employee transactions.
Monitor and renew commercial licenses, residencies, insurances, and permits on time.
Provide administrative support and advice regarding government procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth operations and enhance the company's image.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO
Strong knowledge of government procedures and local laws.
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; English is an advantage.
Valid driving license is advantage.
